Very interesting defensive creature: If your opponent attacks, he or she has to deal with double-pumped blockers, and if he or she doesn't attack, one of the creatures has to be replayed next turn because of the second ability! :) I want to comment on its "synergy" with untapping effects, too: Strict mana costs like this often prevent you from using one ability twice, you'll probably have to activate the other ability when you've untapped it because you don't have ~four~ mana of one certain color..

It's more versatile than witch hunter even if you only use the bouncing. Relatively nice.

1) Pumps your creature for offense or defense
2) Bounce opponent's creatures, or save your own, reuse enters battlefield triggers.
3) Both abilities could be used to save itself.

I gotta say, of all -scape masters, this one is the most versatile, brings a lot of tactical advantage to your side.

Unsummon as activated ability?

This card is pretty good. Sure, you'll need a ton of land to make this guy work well, and hopefully some cards to exploit him, like anUnbender Tine or a Fatestitcher, or especially the Thousand-Year Elixir. But when you get this guy online, he's a behemoth.

+2/+2 to all your creatures is an amazing way to make combat really bad for your opponent. Especially if you can somehow untap him and do it multiple times... even your smallest guys will probably be too big to handle at that point.

Unsummoning even once per turn is certainly like stepping on the brakes for whatever annoying weenie deck that's coming your way.

Overall he's good, even if you can only manage to use one of his abilities.
