You really want to play this with Gatecrash's new Crypt Ghast. You get 13 2/2 tokens on turn 5, and if you play another land, you can get another 13 on turn 6. I'm not saying it's standard viable, but it's funny as well. You have enough good black cards in standard to pull it off - lots of good removal, Vampire Nighthawk, etc.

turn 4: Blood crypt into crypt ghast.
turn 5: another blood crypt,then play this and reverberate it.

I run this in a Blood Artist mill deck. You use Crypt Ghast to ramp up your swamps to get it out, and then combo it with Undercity Informer and reap the millage rewards. Believe it or not, it does work in constructed, though in a rather inconsistent manner.

Standard game plan:
Step 1: Any sort of ramp strategy
Step 2: Get Galvanoth out, hopefully by turn three
Step 3: With some luck, thirteen zombies jumping out on turn 4
