I don't think he's quite first pick, but he's definitely up there. He just flat-out stalls like none other. Even if he doesn't kill his target, it can't be big enough to get through him on turn 4, and if he does, epic two-for-one. Probably third is when you're going to end up taking him, but feel free to take him earlier than that.

Worth playing if it was one mana cheaper. As it stands, just play some other creature and Scar.
