Gives them protection from Angels, but not from Village Cannibals.
A card's flavor can get pretty weird depending on the situation.

This card will only get better the further away from Innistrad and Human tribal we get.

Does a good job getting your Storm Crows through, seeing as that most humans do not fly.

Incredibly powerful outside of Standard, especially (for instance) in Commander. Think what (small) percentage of creatures on the board are Human.
Nicely designed card, almost a bit overpowered.

Humans have comprised a large portion printed creatures through most of Magic's history, as will likely remain the case.
It's chances of being 100% effective are somewhat better than Doom Blade, but for a much more powerful effect.
Only time will tell how well this card fares past Innistrad.

MashedPotatoJones, it means that your creatures gain Protection from all creatures WITHOUT the Human Creature Type. It could be a "Creature - Demon Devil Horror Nightmare Beast Human," for example, and your guys wouldn't get protection from it.
