Blue infect is now a viable deck. Look at all the control and proliferate you have in blue. Thrummingbird, Tezzeret's Gambit, Steady Progress, Distortion Strike, the list goes on and on. This is one of the best creatures in this block for sure. Best infecter for sure.

I would most certainly consider him in {U}{G} infect, evasion, infect, proliferate and as a 1/4 boltproof...also with that colour combination, his proliferate ability can be used to it's fullest effect since green has mana ramp like crazy.

He's essentially a Shivan Hellkite at uncommon in blue that has splash damage and only sometimes hits creatures.

The fact that he plays so nicely with Training Grounds makes me want to use him alongside level-up creatures.
