Evoke creatures would use their full converted mana costs for the purpose of determining the strengths of their Reflections, and Conspiracy would make all Reflections survive the casting of more creatures. Parallel Lives might help you outrace your opponent more than your evoke creatures would normally let you.
It's a cool card.

Mmm... Play this. Next turn, play Emrakul. On your extra turn, swing with 2 15/15s.
That's just nasty. And since you're playing White, there's no lack of enchantment removal to simply get rid of this enchantment.

Fun card, especially in multiplayer. By changing 'reflection' to something else with one of the hack cards you can use it to kill enemy creatures and obviously it works best with CITP creatures.
This is the sort of rare magic used to be all about rather than just a hideously efficient creature or spell.
