I'm a little surprised this isn't a Rat Horror. (Take a closer look at its skin.)

This has potential for very high power early on in the game. Dredge decks love this card.

@Serecin: It's actually +12. When you cast Glimpse the Unthinkable, Sewer Nemesis' triggered ability goes on the stack as well, milling you an extra card.

Excellent win condition for mill decks. Glimpse the Unthinkable, Mind Funeral, Archive Trap and Hedron Crab for mill, Snapcaster Mage and Twincast for recursion, splash white with Path to Exile for removal and Archive Trap trigger together with Ghost Quarter (thereby simultaneously thinning lands for Mind Funeral), Surgical Extraction to break any combo, Visions of Beyond for CA and to draw this guy, Sewer Nemesis, to hit opponent for X/X by turn 5. That is if you haven't milled your opponent already. Add in 4 Daze/Force of Will (if you have the $$) for wincon protection, and a couple Creeping Tar Pit JIC.

Amazing in self-mill. Use with Splinterfright, Boneyard Wurm and Lord of Extinction and some blue mill cards and start casting huge creatures in no time.

So what happens with power/toughness when that player is eliminated from the game?

I think my favourite thing about this isn't all its Goyf buddies and the interaction with most of the things in Innistrad, but rather... just the derpy, happy pose.
