Did I ever tell you guys about the time I gave MasterOfEtherium's obnoxious comment a .5/5?

Looks like the SOM block wellsprings had a baby together.

This new art is excellent. I love it.
Oh yeah, and it's awesome to see one of Magic's coolest creatures return.

I want a foil one, even if it bends like mad.

This is still the likeness of that fat magic player. he just lost a bunch of weight and became an actual robot. A huge improvement.

Some jerk at the pre-release today thought it was funny to play this along with Phantasmal Image and a few Gravediggers. Sickening amount of card advantage.

Can be improved by the Splicer family; I'll put my two old copy of it from Mirrodin in my four color Precursor Golem deck, where the "search land" will be very useful. Multicolored card has never be reprinted in the Core set... (http://www.wizards.com/Default.asp?x=sideboard/feature/20030910a), so it's a chance that this one has been colorless...

{4} drop in golem tribal, maybe? Heck, {4} drop in anything this guy is amazing. Also use it with Mimic Vat and a sacrifice outlet for some serious ramp and card draw potential, allowing you to pull a basic land out of your deck at instant speed and draw a card (plus whatever effects you may get from the sacrifice effect.)

Follow up with Angelic Destiny on him and Sad Sam becomes Serious.
