I'll tell you what it is; it is intentionally telegraphed spot removal. This makes it cheaper, yes, but better in multiplayer. They can attack you, and KNOW they'll lose their best dude, or attack your other opponent. In theory, removal, in practice, attack deterrent. Brilliant.

He knows its intended purpose. It could have been less convoluted by inserting the word "either", as in "either you or a planeswalker you control."

The specific wording allows the enchantment's controller to exile a planeswalker that player controls, which doesn't seem to be within the intended scope of the card. A ruling is needed on this.

This is phenomenal. Love the timed action on this thing in multiplayer- so awesome to cripple an opponent while allowing them to remain a threat to everyone else. just beautiful.
