In Constructed, this, with Drogskol Captain, seems powerful.
3 Power for 3 Mana in Blue, with no drawback... and a big evasion. 4,3/5!

This is easily one of the coolest Spirits out there. Having a single Latch Seeker in my Bant deck was incredible! I'm now converting that deck into a U/W Spirit deck and adding another three without question! Running a couple Angel of Flight Alabaster prolongs their playtime and makes for some pesky shenanigans.
I love the promo version artwork over this one.
Awesome card either way!!!

Pretty good for Limited. In Constructed, just use Invisible Stalker or Blighted Agent.
EDIT: After the prerelease and after playtesting with this a bit, I am an idiot. This is pretty solid. 3 mana for 3 power in blue without a drawback is very, very good. Drogskol Captain keeps removal away and helps the damage pile up fast.

This is good. Much better than Phantom Warrior, who was already decent. I wouldn't be surprised to see this in a core set someday.
