Much better than Invisible Stalker, IMO. The Stalker ain't that brilliant unless you're going to buff it somehow.

this guy helped me win a match during the pre release. my opponent down to 5 tapped out to cast avacyn, i draw this cast it used uncanny speed for the win. 4.5/5

What kind of name is Latch Seeker? It's looking for coffins, I get that. But Latch Seeker? Why not like Ghost of Six Feet Deep, or something like that.
