No, if the artifact has been sitting on the battlefield for more than one turn. The tomb becomes the angel, it doesn't put a token on the battlefield.

If this card gets a +1/+1 token while an angel, and reverts to artifact status, I assume it loses the tokens (and doesn't have them when next becoming a creature), yes?

I once had this out and flashed in a Briarpack Alpha when my opponent swung. However, I think that's about as much as anyone's going to get out of it. 2/5
