What is the ruling for if you attach this to a Keyrune? Can you activate it while the Keyrune is an artifact?

I love how you're basically elevating one of your creatures to your own level of power for a time. Maybe even higher, since they're casting your huge amazing 10 mana spell using a single red mana.

opened up one of these in a pack and though : well that's not exactly disappointing. resuable reverberation as early as turn 3? seems plausible. will probably ultimately be a dollar-rare.

you using your mono red deck and you in a bit of trouble, you have 8 red mana with this attached to your only creature boros recruit because that bloody black deck keeps using doomblade on your creatures. you decided to cast downhill charge and then reverberate before the reverberate resolves you copy it with dual casting to get +38/+0 to your boros recruit then you fling to finish him in one swift but brutal turn for the win.

This seems fun to build around. Slap it on a hexproof creature.

If i have a creature enchanted with Dual casting would i be able to go infinite with a Desperate ritual with psychic puppetry spliced on by copying it and then un-tapping it with Psychic puppetry and then using the mana from the Desperate ritual to copy the first one?
EDIT: How do i auto-card something?

"copy target spell" =/= "cast a spell"
so it won't trigger Blistercoil Weird, etc.
(I guess it could get you one extra, but not repeatable)

but, I so badly want to find a place for this in my new deck...
this, plus Illusionist's Bracers seems fun :)
best spell to copy? Fork! no, um, Demonic Tutor!
no, wait, Rite of Replication... kicked!

@Hawko0313:
Blistercoil Weird would be able to copy any spell on the stack for as many spells as you are able to cast. Additional spell copies placed on the stack (Reverberate et al.), do not count as casted spells, but there are some cards (Eye of the Storm, Isochron Scepter, Cast Through Time) that exile spells and allow you to cast them again - triggering Blistercoil Weird's ability.
@Niyght:
The enchantment would "fall off" the keyrune the moment it stops being a creature. "Enchant Y" doesn't only refer to valid targets for the spell; it also means that if the enchanted card is no longer Y, the enchantment goes to the graveyard as a state-based action.
"704.5n If an Aura is attached to an illegal object or player, or is not attached to an object or player, that Aura is put into its owner's graveyard."

This is the top of a vertical cycle: Dual Casting, Lightning Prowess, Malicious Intent.
