I love this guy! He is really good with Niv-Mizzet the Firemind, Delver of Secrets, Gelectrode, Invisible Stalker, etc.
I have a question though, how does his ability work with "enters the battlefield" effects such as the ones on Sparkmage Apprentice, Blisterstick Shaman, and Kessig Malcontents?

Say wait, everyone remember the degenerate combo with niv-mizzet and curiosity, and now this is curiosity on legs.... but it'll be fine it's not like we could get a reprint of niv soon, unless of course the next set is a Return to Ravnica or something...... Lol

@alphagprime: When the creature with an enters the battlefield ability enters the battlefield, if Tandem Lookout is not currently paired with a creature, both abilities are triggered. You may stack them in the order of your choosing. So put the Soulbond ability on top. Problem solved.
