I don't think she should be compared to Uril for some reasons, even though they seem to be similar in many ways, playstyles of their decks is different.
Bruna's deck is in control colors, while Uril's deck is going to follow more of a beatdown strategy. The main idea is same - pump your command to extreme levels and annihilate your opponent with unstoppable force.
Uril is hexproofed, and has "better" selection of auras for pure beatdown, and is powered up by stacking auras on him. With few small auras, you can get considerable beater, but he lacks evasion. It's not so hard to provide him some ways of evasion, though. He suffers from enchantment hate greatly, and can do little about it.
Bruna, on the other hand, has build-in evasion in form of flying. You need to protect her before she can act, but it's not so hard in her colors. Blue provides you with shroud, white with protection of chosen color. Once you can attack with her, she is awesome. She does not provide you with brute... (see all)

I play EDH and i really like the idea of reusable abilities. Spellshapers like devout witness and diplomatic escort are great for loading up your graveyard with enchantments.
