i want to use her somehow, but my enchantment deck is green/white, and one of the first things i learnt about my enchantment deck was "eggs in baskets". still, maybe i can splash a bit of blue into it, find a way to giver her hexproof (Elgaud Shieldmate maybe?).

also, the first time i read this card i was like "but what if theres a chant of the skifsang or a pacify on the field? then i was like "oh, it says may attach, thats much better"

My friend has a Bruna, Light of Alabaster EDH deck with her as the general. It includes Umbra Mystic and Infiltrator's Magemark, among other aura things. That means his general is basically a 21/21+ unblockable beatstick who's also damn near unkillable. Bounce her? He'll just replay her and she'll get all her umbral auras back next turn. Exile? He'll command zone her and take the loss of tempo to do the same next turn. Oh, and of course he's put far more protection on the Mystic than anything else, so it's sticking around...
Seriously, I hate Bruna in EDH. So, so much. She should be banned as a general, at least.

If you think about it, color playing no part here, She's Brunamus Prime!! Ok maybe she's a Prime, maybe not, but she's DEF an Auto-Bot (think about it, she comes into play an AUTO-matically transforms lol.. Well.. not AUTO, auto, b/c she still has to stay around long enough to attack or block but It's safe to say that more often than not, she will do so at least once/round which will be more than enough in most cases and that backs my case even more really, as most of the time "they" show a transformer transforming, its RIGHT before engaging in battle! lol) But all joking aside.. A 6 cmc for a 5/5 flyer with even the worst added extra evasion and ability would still make a strong case for her as one of the most cost effective 5+ p/t Angels (if not Creatures) with flying in all of magic (pauses.. looks at 2 past core sets with 5 cmc angel with flying and 800 forms of evasion and hate sparking attributes..), but add in vig which only boosts and backs the credability of the above argument... Seems like Vanish into Memory could work with her. Use it to save her (although you won't get her back til the next turn) or use it on an opponents to fill your graveyard full of auras.
