Half the time when I'm playing this against my friends, I completely forget to even put the token on.

If you have two copies out, do you get two zombies for discarding two cards?

No. The discard is part of a cost. Having two of this is useless. If you got two zombies for every two discard, it would be like dealing two damage for each tap when you control two Prodigal Pyromancers.

I love this card. Occasionally, I'll slip up and play it as a sorcery. Whoops. You know my opponent's not gonna say, hey, don't put that in your graveyard, it's a permanent!" But I'd still play a couple in my reanimator deck if it was a sorcery with the same cost. The fact that it is an enchantment makes this card a powerhouse.

Veilborn Ghoul enables a very reliable and simple combo with this card, especially for mono-black. Even just one of the Ghouls in hand can effectively reduce the cost of Infestation's activation by 1 (assuming it's activated once per turn, etc.).

Not good in every deck with swamps.
But a solid card when combined with graveyard stuff.

A nice way to get rid of dead cards. Too many lands? Get a zombie and some tempo! Got two of that enchantment that's redundant? Drop it and a land, get a Zombro.
When you consider that most 2/2s are 2 mana and somewhat playable and this is a work-around-able {0} CMC 2/2 and a discard outlet, it's better than you think at first. May experiment with it for the redundant portion I mentioned.
Also, instant speed means this 2/2 has haste (and is very difficult to counter!)

Nobody mentioned Madness? Seriously? OK. With Dark Withering and Fiery Temper and this out already, you can burn something for three damage, destroy one of their creatures (even a Cudgel Troll or something!) and spawn a 2/2 Zombie for the low, low price of . Compare that to Terminate. You do lose card advantage pretty quickly doing that, but you can also completely turn a game around very quickly.

I would've really preferred it if this card's ability was discard 1 card to put out a 1/1 zombie instead. It's good as it is, though.
