i like how they started with an actually good flavour text (by modern standards) and then ruined it with the last word to appeal to the "XD FOPPERY SO RANDUMB" 13-year-old market

Such a boring art (not bad quality) for a card that is going to be a staple in a lot of zombie tribal decks :(

Its funny took them so long to do this, but I still made fun of a zombie player for dropping this down. Guess its not really that big of a deal wizards?

@Blackworm: Red is actually only the #4 creature colour, ahead of only blue, so it makes sense that black would get a bear before the more spell-oriented red.

Wow, has anyone noticed how many black cards in Innistrad are strictly better than old black cards?
There's this (Scathe Zombies),
Altar's Reap (Skulltap),
and Ghoulcaller's Chant (Raise Dead).

For those who are angry that Red doesn't have a grizzly bear- Boros Guildmage, Izzet Guildmage, Rakdos Guildmage, Gruul Guildmage.
But as for true vanillas, Yes, Red is Aggro. But it is NOT a creature color. The list is, with top being the best creature color, and bottom the worst,
Green
White
Black
Red
Blue
This is why black has a bear and red does not. The color wheel is more colmpex than Aggro/Control or Direct Damage/Card Draw.

So basic a card, it should have been a staple since the very beginning of Magic.
