In addition to being a 4/4 for 3 (basically), this is a black human, perfect fuel for a lot of vampires.
Remember, you don't have to turn her, you can just as easily eat her.

Too slow. By the time you can actually use it, it's turn 5 and you could just be playing 4/4 creatures (with actually useful abilities) directly from your hand; and you wasted a turn on a vampire to get there, too. Assuming you didn't end up with her in play and no vampire, in which case she sucks completely...

This is the biggest gap in rating I've seen in... Ever.
I could rate one side really high, and the other low, but....
Also, this can be done at end of turn, after assigning blockers, before opponent's declare attackers, etc. Points if you tap the target of a Tumble Magnet with this.
