It wasn't play much when it first came out because of Reveillark being far more powerful in the same block. Now it gets a second chance to shine!

I like him. Opponents ofetn will have to grapple with the choice to either block and lose a permanent or let him through and take 4, which in an aggressive white deck, can be very valuable. Interesting, I think other things will better take the five slot but in limited or for casual, it seems pretty boss.

mimic vat + "sacrifice creature card" = one creature per turn.
and it gets rid of pesky indestructible creatures to.
and with next set being "graveyard based" i think exile will be a 2 for 1
