This has got to be one of the worst cards ever printed. I would want a refund if this was my rare in the pack.

Back then this would have been an interesting rare. Now its just weak, but still a neat way to win.

I know Elemental Mastery/Intruder Alarm is already infinite, but this has got to one of the crazier cards to plug into that combo.

Voltaic Construct seems perfect here, too.
Or just drop a Phyrexian Dreadnought.
