Best Rhox art and the black border looks better all in all. Unfortunately it lacks flavour text.

I'd consider heartstone and some ramping so you can regenerate the turn he comes in. Vines of Vastwood in the same deck is a good idea. Use the over-sized beaters (skyshroud ridgeback, leatherback baloth, etc) and any anti-flyer tech you might need.
Probably run him alongside terra stomper so you have both anti-damage/destroy and anti-blue in the same deck.
