The easy miracle abuse is Noxious Revival. Bonus points for getting it into the 'yard by casting it for zero.

@EyeballFrog

Temporal Mastery is rated higher because it fits better with more themes and can be used at any point in the game. Early game, it's a huge advantage to be a turn and one land ahead especially if you're playing against a lightning fast weenie. Late game, if you can only put your opponent down to 3 life this turn or only have 5 cards left to mill, another turn will let the rest of your deck do what it does to finish the job while your opponent is still tapped out from your first turn. Entreat the Angels might "end games" but there are answers to everything, even a bunch of 4/4 flyers without haste. Two turns demands two answers. Temporal Mastery allows for both game control as well as game ending. While Entreat the Angels can make a lot of formidable flyers, you need to spend mana on other things to be able to kill with your angels the turn you cast it. You really have to prepare your battle... (see all)

I'm guessing that people who rated this card below 4/5 do not underestimate its awesome power, they just dislike such a tactic-free cheapshot game ender, and resent feeling obliged to stick it in every white deck they own.

I got this in sealed on Saturday. I hard cast it twice, once for 3 angels and once for 2. I won both of those games.

I MIRACLED this card once for 6 angels and utterly blew my opponent out of the water from way behind. I didn't even get to attack with the angels. It's just that I already had a goldnight commander and 4 more creatures out on the board. I proceeded to swing for 40+ damage that turn.

This card hits so many notes of my inner Timmy it's just sheer elation. My favorite card in the set, hands down. I am making a casual Miracle deck BECAUSE of THIS card. You know what's really going to bust this card in my deck though? Penance

Better than Decree of Justice. Everything is angels.

Amazing finisher for decks that run white, even at its normal cost.

Millions of Angels, Angels for me.
Millions of Angels, Angels for free.

Unlike Bonfire of the Dammed, the non-miracle cost is still going to be super useful.

Both Decree of Justice and Entreat the Angels create angels for expensive cost. While EtA (!) has Miracle for mass angel production, DoJ replaces itself with the cycling cost and cheap soldiers, and it could trigger Astral Slide and Lightning Rift. I think EtA is better for W/U control with library manipulation and DoJ is better for other color combinations.
