I think that assuming old flavor text has any relevance in new decks is just kinda silly. They were talking about the dragons of Jund back in Conflux, they're talking about the dragons of Jund now.

Nicol Bolas doesn't raze. He has people to do that for him.

Then according to A3Kitsune and Thoctar we're supposed to assume the dragon in the artwork is Nicol Bolas?
As for the card, it's a Naya-colored cat, so it was probably an auto-include in the Ajani deck. But, still, I'd rather see a reprint of Nacatl War-Pride.

Read the flavor text. Then look through the card lists for this pair of duel decks. Notice something? Yep. The dragon they are talking about is Nicol Bolas himself, there is no other dragon in either deck.

Nice catch, A3kitsune!

The flavor text takes on a whole new meaning in the duel decks than it did in Conflux.
