I'm giving this a 4/5 for personal sentimental reasons. This was one of the chase rares in Ice Age, and back then, this was a really, really powerful card. It's overcosted by today's standards and has been replaced multiple times (Shunt, Swerve, even Ricochet Trap), but it was the first of its kind.
A friend of mine back then was lacking this one card to complete his Ice Age collection, and I gave him one as a birthday present. :)

In a time when it was not uncommon to have a Disintegrate or Lava Burst thrown at you, this was a nice card to have, if only for the threat of having one in your hand and ending the game. Fireball complicated things a bit, but the threat of having this made me often hold a land or spell in my hand just to bluff back in the Ice Age days.
