Don't think of it as a mana ramper; think of it as a repeatedly bouncing enchantment
It works really well with enchantresses to draw a card each turn for
It also works very well with the new "Constellation" mechanic in Journey Into Nyx, which triggers an ability whenever an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control
It really shows how much forethought Wizards puts into the set designs, as the small "enchantment matters"-subtheme in the Return to Ravnica block (exemplified in cards like Ethereal Armor and the enchant land cards such as Debtor's Pulpit) interacts so well with Theros, and how even a poorly-rated, very niche card such as this one can become much more useful in a different environment

One word, Constellation.
Can be repeatedly 0-cast to trigger each turn. Almost ensures you can turn on Constellation every turn if you want to. Only thing better might be one of the Gods that poops out enchantment creatures, and they're not as cheap.
Plus, in a pinch you can use this the way it was meant to be used to smooth out your deck.
