As for the card, it seems pretty good, especially in limited. The first strike makes this one quite strong.

This is really nice. Avoids board wipes most of the time and can kill some of the nastier cards that have come out in recent sets like Thragtusk.

Hands-down the best of the RTR keyrunes. It'll usually only die to artifact removal or instant-speed creature removal, and it's a very powerful blocker that will take out Thragtusk and its 3/3 Beast token and live to tell the tale.
