This could be especially useful in a populate deck that centers around generating 3/3 centaurs like crazy via Call of the Conclave and what not.

With Thragtusk, he turns Cloudshift into : Put a 3/3 Beast token onto the battlefield, gain 5 life, and draw 2 cards.
Yeah. He's good.

Triumph of Ferocity is preferable to this my opinion. Easier to keep it alive. Though of course this has a 4/4 body, so it can be worth it.

i kind of like this card. i normally play control but i need a casual deck that my freinds will play against. i want to try this with parallel lives and 3/3 beast and centaur tokens + populate.

Ok, check this: I have Garruk's Packleader in play. I play Druid's Familiar which gives +2/2 when soulbound and is a 2/2. Would I then be able to draw a card because The Familiar is a 4/4?

Feed the Pack with Intangible Virtue and this Sac a non-token creature = draw Cards equal to that Creatures Toughness and produce that many 3/3 wolf tokens. Sounds fun for wicked lategame draw in casual! Immerwolf or a flipped Mayor of Avabruck should also do the trick!
