Legerdemain is more powerful, but this one only cost a single blue mana.

But...if both of them switch sides, this won't make them friends :(

Wait, wait... I have a stupid question.
If I were to temporarily steal a creature, say, with Mark of Mutiny and then trade that same creature back with Switcheroo, here, would that result in the temporarily gained creature, now traded, coming back to me as the turn ends, as it is still the same creature(not having been Flickered out or some such) and under the influence of the Mark of Mutiny(or similar) card I played, or am I just having a brain fart?

Gotta love it for the name alone but it is very decent in limited to boot.

This is pretty much a Gilded Drake where you can choose what you give instead of a 3/3 with flying, which could easily be better.
In Limited, this can be a life saver: If your opponent pops an Elderscale Wurm or something of that magnitude, you can take it and give them... say, a 1/1 Goblin Token.
I can see it having some EDH play.

Play this with a card that has some serious negative effects....like Treacherous Pit-Dweller or Demonic Taskmaster, and just have fun.
This just makes creative players go "hmmm....what can I do with this?"

This card has a name that is strictly better than any card not named switcheroo

I feel like the flavor text should read "I see what you did there," after the popular meme.

You'll notice, you don't loose control of your new creature as you do with cards such as mind control. I say 4.5/5
