The first Rare I ever owned. A 7/7 that can attack the player directly is always welcome in my deck :)

My first fattie :).
I ran this with two Rhoxes and Kamahl, Fist of Krosa in my first competitive casual deck. So much fun.

One of my most favorite cards ever. It has lots of sentimental value to me, was one of my first cards, and is a very tricky card when you think about it. This art was also the best art for it in my opinion, I love it in holographic.

Ah Thorn Elemental. Before I was experienced/smart, this was the best card around. Through the years, this has probably won me more games than any other card I own. Good times. Now that I'm a bit better, I still like this card, but I know well enough to put Fireshrieker on it. The good times continue.
@FugimSky: Me too! Shiny!

4/5 for being a classic magic beatstick. Agree with whomever says it has no application in modern magic.
@jsttu a foil this absolutely was included in The 7th ed starter set, around a decade ago everyone had them. The starter sets included two forty card decks of crapola 7th cards, this, booklets and maybe a booster, idr.

Man my friend has this card In the past I would be scared whenever he put that in but know I just use my landfall deck and take control of all his creatures and mess with him xD

Nah, the original Urza's art was way better than this.
