A permanent that removes this much interaction is bad design. It removes any reason for any creature not to attack; no more tactics or strategy, every combat is now automatic.
Looking in another angle though, this card asks an interesting question: can I play a deck so aggressive that this card benefits me much more than it does to my opponent?
So while this is an interesting card in a "meta" sense, it could do much better.

Creatures can still become blocked if Trap Runner has anything to say about it.

There's still plenty of strategy once this hits the board. Try not attacking, and see what your opponent does. If you're running any bounce spells, or removal, your opponent could be walking into a trap.

In R/W deck, use this with Blazing Archon.

This card is kind of OP in combination with Blinding Angel

@Gabriel
Why bother complaining about tactics? Red scarcely needs any tactics besides "attack" and "burn". This card is deceptively well-designed, if you think about it: it forces your opponent to play your super-fast aggro style which they are probably not ready for.

Can creatures with protection from red still block?

They shouldn't anyways.
