This, viszkopa guildmage, have fun! :D Also, we kinda lack planeswalkers with personality nowadays. Gruff, Barin, Urza, Bo levar, those guys had character, unlike random tween jace.

Justifiably herbaceous jokes aside, best in EDH or against your little brother Timmy, where CMC is predictably high.

Salient, that actually doesn't make it a "griefer classic" card due to the simple fact that someone who is going to do that likely isn't running Planeswalker's Mirth nor do they need it.
