Whenever Odric, Master Tactician and at least three other creatures attack, you choose that no creatures the defending player controls can block, and you win the game.

Anti-Exalted tech, though. ;)

Seems like one of the best cards to pair this guy with would be Hero of Bladehold I could be wrong since it depends on if the tokens will trigger his ability mid-combat step.

That combo should work since all attackers are declared simultaneously including those tokens created by Hero of Bladehold and declaring blockers happens during a later phase of the combat step. All of your 4+ creatures are all attacking which will trigger Odric's ability to allow you to choose your blockers. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you're right about using that combo.
