Her ultimate doesn't feel very ultimate to me. Sure, you've got a metric ton of b, but what are you going to do with it? At the very least, by the time you can pull off that ultimate, you're going to have at least 5 swamps out (2 you used to cast her, and 3 more you fetched with her), and probably a lot more than that. If 2bbbbb isn't enough to win, is 2bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbreally going to do it?

Currently running her in a Mono Black Control with Mutilate and various other forms of creature hate to stop the board dead in their tracks. Consume Spirit wins many games without her ultimate due to the never missing a land drop, but with her ultimate, it's gets pretty stupid.

Combine her ultamate to cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and it's like using Quicksilver Amulet + you could cast phyrexian obliterator by using only 1 land. This is probily the best varient of lilliana since vess.
