Really cool if you can manage to get it out. But it pains me that my perfect 10/10 can be blocked forever by Reassembling Skeleton.

When I saw this card I was happy. Starts at 8 for 10/10 and easily gets cheaper. THEN is see NO TRAMPLE!WHY?! I would take this tree for 15 if it had trample. I mean G/B deck Splinterfight, Mulch, Spider Spawning and then you choice of whats fun. You can go control support, Mayor/Cagebreaker, Parrallel Lives.
I love the unalligned colors that don't get a lot of actual support outside of the lands and your atypical flashback like the awsome Spider Spawning.

and that's just in GREEN alone.
Green, Black, and Blue will make some kind of awful monster doom from hell deck that manages to grant Undying to Skaab Ruinator or some *** like that.
I'm also not fond of Knowledge Pool and Rooftop Storm being in the same Standard. seriously, this is going to break somewhere. I can't believe it hasn't yet.

... Blocking = card advantage when its against a 10/10. Yeah it sucks that he doesn't have trample, but most of the time your opponents are faced with a difficult decision against this guy; should they block him and lose a creature or let the damage go through? Ghoultree's not going to see much tourney play, but he's definitely going into my casual U/G deck. 4.5/5.

a)if you are drawing it on turn ten, who cares if it's only {G}?
b)it doesn't get shut down by nihil spellbomb, etc
c) why doesn't it have TRAMPLE!!!!!!

This is a card I can get behind. Sure, can't cast him right away... but if you pull one out late game, he'll be cheaper than a llanowar elves.
think about that. This thing can kick a few of the eldrazi's arse back to 3 kingdoms.

It doesn't have trample so that lazy players will actually work to give it trample instead of just dropping it down. Synergy is a big part of the game after all. Invisible Stalker is what happens when people put whatever they like on a card. For non-standard folks, just add brawn for trample!
