This would have been so much cooler as land ramp. Rampant Growth that flashes back as Explosive Vegetation? I tend to think in terms of EDH though.

I bet many an Animar EDH player began drooling at this cards announcement.
Best case scenario
Turn 3 Animar
Turn 4 Increasing Savagery
Turn 5 Titans for 2 and 5 drop artfact creatures for free.

This is pretty good, flashback makes the card.

This is a surprisingly powerful card. It's a little different than cards you may have played before, but quite worth a look in constructed. Consider what it does on invisible stalker.

I like it. 4 mana for a 5/5 creature isn't bad, the only difference is that it's counters. That could be handy (put it on an Invisible Stalker or Mikaeus), or not as good, if you need more board presence and a second creature on the field would have helped more than making just one huge. So, you know, shrug. But...7 mana for a flashback finisher, that REALLY helps. It could be your big "for the victory" final move.

This alone will make a Slumbering Dragon useful.

This card widows people in Limited. What can you do against a 12/12 bear just out of a board stalemate? Disgusting. Of course this is chiefly against other aggro decks, but even spirits, the most notorious aggro limited archetype of the block can't stand against this without very lucky control-oriented topdecks.
