It's an undercosted 4/4 flyer with no drawback that you can cast by playing, say, a 
cost spell. What more do you want?

I'm rating this a 4 due to the overall flavor and artwork. The artwork is absolutely exceptional. The play strength of the card is low but it certainly has a home in many "casual illusion decks" for sure. May also pitch to Disrupting Shoal in a budget mono blue deck if drawn in multiples. Gitaxian Probe was already great and now it works well with another card, thumbs up from me.
