GradiusTheFox: that would have ruined the flavor. As you can see from the art, it gains flying temporarily by jumping out of the water.

For those commenting on its power curve,Sphinx of Last Truths has perma-flying and a wonderful CIP ability.
Still, this is about KILLER WHALES wrecking your opponent. Nothing could be greater. The only force known to singlehandly kill Storm Crows "until end of turn".

I'm pretty sure that giving it straight-up flying would be a bit above the power curve, even by current standards.
Seems like a nice card. I only wish more cards knew how to just "hop" a bit to snatch those Suntail Hawks out of the air.

Flying seems appropriate. It can jump out of the water to block flying creatures, but at the same time it can jump out of the water and over creatures without flying or reach.

Ever seen Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus? The plane scene, specifically? Anyways, there's not much that needs to be said about the playability of the card. I'd like to see the flavor text reflect its flying powers more than it already does.
