Good sideboard card in case of counter-wars. Besides that, it can still stop an untimely Sphinx of Jwar Isle or the like. Last Word is a more versatile and more obvious choice, but it costs twice as much mana.

Decent sideboard.
I would say this card is getting increasingly better due to all the hybrids and mulitcolor spells now.
