This card was loads of fun at the time, though it was a bit overcosted even then.

Kinda neat idea, but far too slow to have any real effect on a game. If the ability were a non-tapping ability (perhaps for B or even BU), it would be a lot better.

The reason this is a legendary, is because this is a reference to Hel's ship Naglfar, that is made entirely of the fingernails (and toenails) of the dead, which will sail out against the Aesir at Ragnarok, in Norse mythology.
