Just some random thoughts after looking at this card:
1. I love it that there is a Planeswalker who actually can beat Mana Leak to the punch, assuming you go first.
2. This card makes me want to take another look at Slag Fiend and Kuldotha Phoenix, as I always wanted to build a deck around the two.
3. It is pretty obvious that wizards is trying to push red graveyard decks when you consider cards like this and Faithless Looting.
4. Turn 2: Mountain, then Tibalt, then use his +1.
Turn 3: Mountain, then Volt Charge, then use his -4

Look, you DO NOT call this guy the 'worst' or 'first bad' planeswalker unless you are willing to face the awfulness that was Nissa Revane. You do not print a planeswalker that relies upon a playset of another card. You do not suggest that this is worse than that planeswalker. This guy costs two. Boom.

I was at a draft today, and during the first turn in which we passed packs, the guy across from me found Tibalt in the pack that was passed to him. If that isn't a statement, I don't know what is.
