Is this better than Nantuko Husk?

Honestly, I really don't think it ought to be too much to expect for there to be unique art on reprinted cards to increase demand/collectability.

I like her, but I think I like Bloodflow Connoisseur better; Turning the bonus into permanent counters is worth the extra one mana and more. That said, no reason the right deck couldn't use both.

You know what I see? A black version of Atog -1 toughness that eats creatures. Works really well in my Sacrifice deck.

I'm not really sure why Vampire aristocrat is rated higher than this. Nantuko husk and Phyrexian Ghoul make sense because of gravecrawler (zombie tribal), but this has its advantages too. Stick a blade of the bloodchief on this and go to town.
