One day they will make some badass minotaurs and this card will be worth 30 bucks and boxes of homelands will go from $80 online to 200+ like other sets in that era lol. Maybe the reason why they haven't printed any powerful Minotaurs is BECAUSE of this card....

Turn 1: Sol Ring, then tap for this.
Turn 2: Pay the 3, bring out Zedruu the Greathearted
Turn 3: Give your opponent the didgeridoo, and HOPE TO GOD they're not running some sort of Homelands Minotaur deck.

@MacBizzle
Imagine, a serious as hell Legacy tourney.
You've got your digeridoo out, and a fetchland in play. You also have enough mana sources to activate the Digeridoo without fetching a land.
Your opponent has an untapped Island, and you know he has exactly one Stifle in hand.
You have no minotaurs in hand. But you might still activate the digeridoo, just to get him to counter the ability so you can safely fetch a land.

Great card in Minotaur decks.
Too bad there aren't many useful Minotaurs. This card's potential is great, though.

@thevegetable: When you put a minotaur onto the battlefield using Didgeridoo, that does not count as casting the minotaur. The minotaur cannot be countered (as it is not being cast as a spell), and it does not trigger effects that happen when something is cast (like, say, Quirion Dryad).
This is how all "put something onto the battlefield" effects (e.g. Show and Tell) work. For example, Emrakul has an effect that only happens when it is cast. Emrakul is commonly used with Show and Tell, which allows you to put Emrakul onto the battlefield but does not trigger Emrakul's "when you cast ~" ability because you are not casting Emrakul.

Don't, the Didgeridoo compells you.

@tcollins: You can't get Quicksilver Gargantuan into play with this. They would need "Changeling" not just shapeshifter creature type.

This card is so great. To summon your army of minotaurs you don't need to have red magic, or any magic - you just blow on the mighty didgeridoo and a thundering herd of bull-headed beasts bursts through the nearest wall, ready to do your bidding.
There should be a version for giants called Bagpipes.
