To me, 0/5 for the flavor of the mechanics. Lifelink, in Rakdos? Really? What sort of bloody carnival of gore and pain has healing? If there was going to be healing, I'd want a card that did something along the lines of healing both players for a brief time, before taking away far more life than was gained. I could see the Rakdos using healing if it meant they could cause that much more carnage.
4/5 for the flavor text. Butcher Clowns. Now THAT'S Rakdos.
1/5 for usability. No synergy with the rest of the guild, and not particularly strong or useful for it's cost.
4/5 for art.

I'll give it a 2/5 overall.

I'm seriously disappointed we didn't get to see some butcher clowns :( That would have just been amazing.
