Artful Dodge is a no-brainer. Unblockable, cast again and exile. 4 Damage from guttersnipe.

1 for a 1/2 is good already, and sometimes can be equivalent to "R/U, Discard a card: Put 2 +1/+1 counters on this card."

Could be interesting with Hands of Binding.

For some reason, I'm seeing Mewtwo with dreadlocks.

It's a dual-colored 1/2 one-drop which is by itself not bad.
The spell exile thing is a bonus. Though, I can see situations where the spell you exile can be replaced wih the Elemental itself, say, instead of Lightning Bolting an attacking creature, exile the Lightning Bolt, and block with the Elemental.

The art almost reminds me of Mewtwo in its armor from the first Pokemon movie.

Plus this bad-boy exists happily in Blue and Blue-Splash decks. There is a damn good chance you'll have something to protect him when he cops removal, Dissipate, Dispell, Syncopate, Izzet Charm, Negate, Counterflux, Judge's Familiar, Mizzium Skin...he's packed with goodies.

I might be a little fuzzy, but would you be able to exile multiple copies of gigadrowse? I know that the copies don't count as casting a spell, but it sounds like they are still spells. Just ones you copied, not casted.

a 1/2 for 1 that is dual color?
Sign me up!
Only downside is if an opponent Sorin's your turn and exiles all your fancy spells.
Wait! That ability can be used to your advantage to say: "Hey i know you say countered my spell but i have a question... What spell?"
Or actually use it in a deck built around this mechanic or replicate or something.
Why is it not 5/5?
What could be a better non legendary 1 drop creature for red/blue ?
