Why has the ability changed to include artifact and enchantment creatures? Are they trying to make this better?

Daria is just terrified (rightfully) about Homelands having to deal with the non-sucky creatures from other sets. Because let's be honest, one grizzly bear could probably kill the whole setting.

Feroz did that to stop planeswalkers from pulling creatures out of homelands. So everytime you get to play non-homelands creatures, thank Feroz.
