It would have been interesting and permissible, but still not useful, at one-quarter the mana cost. As is... it's just bad.

Okay, first of all, most auras give some kind of P/T booster, negating the relevance of this card. Second of all its overpriced. So its incredibly narrow and is not likely to do its job when the conditions are met.
