Of course, with this out, no one would actually TARGET you for you to redirect anything. Luckily, it only costs one mana, so if you give your stuff flash somehow, you can drop it as a surprise and guarantee one or two burn spells hits your opponent.

Pretty powerful against red. Worst part is red is the one color that cannot deal with enchantments at all without wiping the field. Harsh Judgement and Purity have far higher CMCs, this can start it's work as soon as turn 2. Red decks are fast like that, so this gets my vote.
