@jarzium:

Luck counters are counters. Therefore, yes, you can proliferate them. And since you control the Chance Encounter, Doubling Season combos with the proliferate. Follow up with a use of Gilder Bairn, and you've put 12 counters onto the Encounter from one coin flip.

Mana Clash should also be played with this. Kinda seems like the king of coin flipping to me. And, there's even the unlikely chance of you winning from Mana Clash alone xD
