I have bad memories of this card. This, REB & Pyroblast meant that my Stasis deck wasn't going anywhere.

@outlawD1; you can target any instant spell, and draw a card from it. It only counters the blue ones.

I love this. 1/5 without cantrip. With? 4/5. Excellent sideboard material and makes up for the fact that it's extremely reactionary.
